  • 1978

    •  For implementing diversification to Cheng Loong Corp. (CLC), the founder of CLC Huo-Tien Cheng have founded 山豬股份有限公司 (Shan Zhu Co., Ltd.) with a capital of NTD 5 million. The business was focusing on capital investment, international trade, agriculture, and forestry.
  • 1982

    •  The company had renamed to 山發股份有限公司 (Shine Far Co., Ltd.).
    •  Started to import waste paper, pulp machinery & materials, and export industrial paper and detachable office furniture.
  • 1984

    •  The agency rights of PORT TOWNSEND PAPER CORP. for the Taiwan region were acquired.
  • 1985

    •  The Hong Kong branch was established, handling the trades of waste paper from Hong Kong and China.
  • 1986

    •  The trade department of Shine Far Co., Ltd. have demerged and formed 山發貿易股份有限公司 (Shine Far (trading) Co., Ltd.).
    •  The agency rights of Finland TAMPELLA manufacturing machinery (now known as VALMET) for the Taiwan region were acquired.
  • 1989

    •  The agency rights of Finland VALMET manufacturing machinery for the Taiwan region were acquired.
  • 1994

    •  The Japan branch established with commercial properties purchased in Tokyo and Osaka. Its businesses were focusing on paper trading and real estate management.
    •  The agency rights of the ASAHI carton machinery (Japan) were acquired.
    •  The agency rights of the SHINKO carton printing machinery (Japan) were acquired.
  • 1995

    •  Completed the construction of the Tokyo Cheng Loong Ginza building.
    •  The agency rights of the BHS corrugated machinery (Germany) were acquired.
  • 1996

    •  After organizational restructuring, the company name has changed to 山發國際股份有限公司 (Sun Favorite Co., Ltd.), and capital increased to NTD 100 million, the annual revenue exceeded NTD 2 billion in the fiscal year.
  • 1997

    •  Completed the construction of the Cheng Loong Osaka building.
  • 1998

    •  The agency rights of the PACIFIC INKS (New Zealand) were acquired.
  • 2000

    •  The Shanghai office is established for businesses to thrive in China.
  • 2001

    •  The agency rights of BOBST carton machinery (Switzerland) were acquired.
    •  The agency rights of MARTIN printing machinery (France) were acquired.
  • 2003

    •  The agency rights of BLACKADDER Single Malt Scotch Whisky in the Taiwan region were acquired.
  • 2005

    •  The agency rights of MICHEL PICARD (French winery) in the Taiwan region were acquired.
  • 2007

    •  Sun Favorite (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. established in Shanghai, China.
    •  OAKVINE Whisky and Wine Store Da’An shop grand opening.
    •  The agency rights of CIACCI PICCOLOMINI d'ARAGONA and LA CASTELLINA (Italian wineries) in the Taiwan region were acquired.
  • 2008

    •  The agency rights of ALICANTO (Chilean winery) in the Taiwan region were acquired.
    •  The agency rights of Château Le Noble (French winery) in the Taiwan region were acquired.
  • 2010

    •  Implemented EIP, ERP, and other e-management systems.
  • 2011

    •  Acquired agency rights of METSO and participated in the Cheng Loong Corp.’s PM10 procurement project.
  • 2012

    •  FSC certification obtained on paper products.
    •  The annual revenue exceeded NTD 2.6 billion (USD 84 million).
    •  The annual import of waste paper exceeded 270 kilotons.
    •  OAKVINE Whisky and Wine Store Zhong-Shan shop grand opening.
    •  The agency rights of THE FIRST EDITIONS in the Taiwan region were acquired.
    •  The agency rights of the STONEHEDGE (American winery) in the Taiwan region were acquired.
  • 2014

    •  The Chinese name of the Taiwan Headquarter has changed to 「山富貿易股份有限公司」, with a capital of NTD 100 million.
  • 2016

    •  OAKVINE Whisky and Wine Store Luo-Dong shop grand opening.


     
  • 2018

    •  The annual revenue has exceeded NTD 4.5 billion, and the annual export of containerboards have exceeded 250 kilotons, both performances hit new records.
  • 2019年

    •  Established the brand new China branch building in Shanghai. Consisting alcohol retail shop, concept bar, international trade office, and event hall into one multifunctional headquarter.
